Delivery and acceptance of the loader project in the Lvsi operation area of Qidong Port District, Nantong Neihe Port

In the afternoon of December 13, 2022, Jiangsu Lusi Port Group Co., Ltd. organized a delivery acceptance meeting for the procurement project of the 16 # berth loading machine and rear bulk cargo warehouse ancillary equipment for the Lusi operation area of Qidong Port in Nantong Neihe Port. Representatives and invited experts from Huashi Design Group Co., Ltd., China Classification Society Industrial Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu ChinaMining Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. attended the acceptance meeting.

Representatives and invited experts from Huashi Design Group Co., Ltd., China Classification Society Industrial Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu ChinaMining Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. attended the acceptance meeting.

The attending representatives listened to the construction summary report and self inspection report of the construction unit, the supervision summary report of the supervision unit, and the engineering supervision quality evaluation report, inspected the engineering entity, demonstrated various performance tests of the equipment on site, reviewed the engineering construction technical data, and after careful discussion, reached a consensus on the handover and acceptance of the machine:

1、 The construction unit has completed the construction task of this project in accordance with the construction content stipulated in the construction contract and the technical requirements of the construction drawing design.

2、 This project includes 1 arc-shaped rail loader, 1 belt conveyor, and 1 environmentally friendly hopper chain plate cover belt conveyor. The manufacturing, installation and debugging of the equipment shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the standards and specifications, and on-site inspection shall be conducted to ensure that all functions and performance meet the design requirements. This project consists of 3 unit projects, 11 sub projects, and 41 sub projects, with complete construction technical data. The self-evaluation of the construction unit has reached the qualified level. The supervision unit evaluates that it meets the qualification requirements.

This project is located in the Lvsi Operation Area of Qidong Port District, Nantong Neihe Port. To the east, it is adjacent to the Xigang Pool in the Lvsi Port Operation Area of Tongzhou Bay Port District, Nantong Port, and to the rear is Lvsigang Town, Qidong City. This project will build a new bulk cargo export berth on the north side of the port basin, mainly for loading mining and construction materials. The main materials for mining and construction are bulk materials such as yellow sand and stones, with an investment of 35 million yuan in this project.

The acceptance of this project is a turnkey project with a rated loading capacity of 3000th arc track loader, management conveyor, and auxiliary equipment.
