Cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer
Cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer(abbreviated as bucket wheel reclaimer) is a large, continuous, and efficient bulk material loading and unloading machine. It is suitable for stacking and taking bulk materials with a particle size of 0~300mm. It is excellent equipment for stacking and taking bulk materials specially for storage yards of industrial and mining enterprises such as large and medium-sized thermal power plants, docks, mines, metallurgy, chemical industry and large water conservancy construction sites.
The cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer mainly consists of walking mechanism, gantry, rotating mechanism, upper steel structure, arm conveyor, bucket wheel mechanism, tail truck, lubrication system, pitch system, electrical system, spray dust removal system, and detection limit device. There is interlocking safety protection between transmission mechanisms such as crane walking, rotating, pitching, bucket wheel transmission, and cantilever belt conveyor. During operation, the reclaimer travels along the track and can change the rotation and pitch angles of the boom. The cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer is developed from bucket wheel excavators, which can form an automatic transportation system together with stackers and conveyors and save costs. With the rapid development of the economy, the demand for stackers and reclaimers is also increasing.
According to theoretical production capacity, bucket wheel stacker reclaimers can be divided into the following types:
(1) Light productivity below 630m3/h
(2) Medium productivity of 630-2500m3/h
(3) Large productivity of 2500-5000m3/h
(4) Extra large productivity of 5000-10000m3/h
(5) Giant productivity above 10000m3/h
The cantilever bucket wheel (stacker) reclaimer of our company has an arm length of 20-60m and a stacker-reclaimer capacity of 200-11000t/h. This equipment is widely used in strip material yard.
Performance characteristics
The cantilever bucket wheel (stacker) reclaimer integrates multiple functions such as stacking, conveying and excavation with high efficiency. It also integrates the excavation mechanism and transportation mechanism organically, coordinating the collecting, stacking and transporting operations.
It has low energy consumption. The belt conveyor with small resistance is used for material transportation.
It has a long service life. The impact force of the machine is small and the wear of parts is small while reclaiming. The bucket teeth are made of wear-resistant materials, which extend the service life.
It is easy to operate. PLC is used for control to realize semi-automatic and automatic working. Speed regulation of cantilever rotation adopts frequency conversion to achieve the high efficiency of the machine.
Using advanced design methods, such as computer-aided design, three-dimensional design and optimization design of steel structure. Absorb advanced foreign technology, combined with the experience of designing and manufacturing stacker-reclaimer as well as continuous summary and improvement, so as to achieve advanced and reasonable design technology and reliable equipment performance.
Advanced production equipment and mature and reliable processing techniques are used for guaranteeing product quality. The steel pre-treatment production line can ensure the quality and corrosion resistance of the manufactured products, and the use of large processing equipment effectively improves the processing quality and accuracy of large components. Large structural components and components are pre-assembled in the factory, the driving parts are tested in the factory, and the rotating part is debugged using CNC drilling.
