Main parts of the equipment
The equipment includes a walking mechanism, chain plate feeding device, belt conveyor system, boom pitching mechanism, boom rotating mechanism, truck climbing device, hydraulic system, control system, power distribution system (mobile power station), etc. All systems can be moved in the stockyard, and the walking wheels of the walking mechanism are solid tires of heavy-duty vehicles, so there is no need to arrange fixed tracks in the yard to increase the utilization rate of the yard. The feeding device and the conveying cantilever are integrated and installed on a common chassis to form an integrated mobile stacker. The boom pitching mechanism is equipped with wire rope pitching, the boom rotating mechanism adopts slewing reducer motor and slewing bearing, and the power distribution system uses generator set (only for the use of walking field) and cable drum. The whole system is completely independent.
