Semi-portal scraper reclaimer
The semi-portal scraper reclaimer has two operation modes: stacking and reclaiming. The bulk materials transported by the belt conveyor are unloaded to the belt conveyor on the boom by the tripper car, and then dumped from the front of the boom to the stockyard. Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitching of the boom can make the material pile form a neat shape of trapezoidal section. Reclaiming is realized continuously through the rotation of boom and bucket wheel. The material is discharged to the belt conveyor of the reverse running boom through the discharge plate, and then discharged to the belt conveyor at the material yard through the hopper below the center of the machine for transportation. Through the operation of the whole machine and the rotation and pitching of the boom, the bucket wheel can take up all the materials in the storage pile.
Establish overhaul, medium repair and daily maintenance system. During overhaul, all parts of the stacker shall be removed for inspection and worn parts and seals shall be replaced. The semi-portal scraper reclaimer is mainly composed of cantilever part, traveling mechanism, hydraulic system, feeding car, track part, cable pit, power cable reel, control cable reel, limit switch device, etc. The stacker-reclaimer needs to be overhauled during application.
The main contents of overhaul include: gear pump, solenoid valve and various valves in the hydraulic system, wear parts of hydraulic cylinder, various protection devices and material level switches, wear of reducer, brake and wheel in traveling mechanism, check whether the bearings of each rotating part are in good condition, and determine whether to repair or replace them according to the service life and service conditions of the wearing parts.
The semi-portal scraper reclaimer, with one track on the ground and one track in the air, has increased the space utilization rate by 50% and improved the operation stability of the equipment.
