Mobile belt conveyor is a kind of widely-used, highly efficient, safe and reliable continuous conveying and loading equipment that is capable of 360 degree non-motorized movement of entire machines. It is mainly used in places where loading and unloading locations frequently change, such as ports, docks, stations, coal yards, warehouses, construction sites, sand and gravel yards and farms for short distance transportation and the loading and unloading of loose materials or individual items weighing less than 100 kilograms. Mobile belt conveyors are divided into lifting and non-lifting types based on height or divided into retractable and non-retractable types based on length. The operation and transmission of conveyor belts can be achieved through various methods such as head drive of electric drum or central drive of motor reducers. The lifting operation of the entire machine is all driven by non-motorized or hydraulic cylinders. The frame adopts steel pipe or angle steel truss structure which is lightweight and beautiful and has good maneuverability. And it is equipped with two types of landing walking wheels: pneumatic tires and steel wheels. The equipment length is over 10 meters, and the inclination angle is adjustable.
The mobile belt conveyor is composed of body frame, walking wheels, universal wheels, tensioning devices, drive transmission devices, lifting devices, expansion devices and so on. The main frame of the belt conveyor is usually made of steel pipes or angle steel to reduce its own weight and improve its mobility and portability. The lifting device is electric, reducing the danger and work intensity of manual lifting.

Easy operation. This machine is equipped with a local control electrical box, which includes a main control switch, a lifting switch, or a telescopic switch. No need for manual attendance, the machine can be turned on for operation.

The mobile belt conveyor has a bandwidth of 500mm; 600mm, 800mm, 1000m, 1200m, etc. (If you need different bandwidths, please inform us in advance. Large bandwidth can be customized for production.)
This series of belt conveyors has a length of 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters and 20 meters (Belt conveyor of 20 meters requires special notice due to different frame structures)
If transporting materials with high grinding properties, please inform us in advance. If there are special requirements for the specific length, width and output, special design and production can be carried out.
