According to user requirements, different combinations of rotor speeds and motor powers can be selected to meet different needs of users. This series of equipment can be easily converted into a sand making machine for striking iron with stones according to user requirements. Most parts of our sand and stone shaping machine and sand making machine can be interchanged.

Product description

PSZ series sand and stone shaping machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company's technical personnel. It is suitable for shaping various ore and rock material particles with compressive strength below 300MPa. According to user requirements, different combinations of rotor speeds and motor powers can be selected to meet different needs of users. This series of equipment can be easily converted into a sand making machine for striking iron with stones according to user requirements. Most parts of our sand and stone shaping machine and sand making machine can be interchanged.

PSZ series sand and gravel shaping machine consists of main body, feed pipe, lining frame, shaft system, rotor and electric motor. Air circulation devices are installed on both sides of the material inlet to circulate the wind and dust generated by the rotor rotation inside the machine for reducing dust pollution. The high-speed rotating rotor, due to the adjustment of balance, achieves low noise and low vibration. Due to the use of special wear-resistant components, the service life of vulnerable parts inside the rotor has been extended.

Note: 1. The above processing capacity is obtained under the conditions of compressive strength of 150-160MPa, bulk density of 1.6t/m3 and moisture content not exceeding 1.5%.

2. Uniform and continuous feeding

3. The table above lists the maximum feeding sizes of materials to be crushed, but considering the crushing rate and the lifespan of vulnerable parts, it is suggested that the size of materials is < 40mm.
