Product description
PS series sand making machine actively crushes bone materials such as basalt, cobblestone, andesite and granite and produces artificial sand using dry method. This series of sand making machines consists of mechanical body, feed pipe, impact plate, vertical shaft with rotor and electric motor. The impact plate installed inside the mechanical body is made of high chromium cast iron and does not require bolt fastening for easy replacement. On both sides of the material input port, air circulation devices are installed to circulate the air generated by the rotor rotation within the circulation device so as to reduce the amount of dust discharged outside. The rotor is equipped with a wear-resistant sleeve liner plate to increase service life and reduce the number of worn parts on the mechanical body, thereby reducing operating costs. The high-speed rotating rotor, due to the adjustment of balance, achieves low noise and low vibration.
Crushing principle of PS series sand making machine
The material to be crushed is input from the top material input port and falls into the center of the high-speed rotating rotor. The falling material is thrown at high speed under the strong centrifugal force of the rotor and is shattered after hitting the impact plate inside the main engine. When installing the impact plate, make the thrown material collide with the impact plate at a right angle to achieve its excellent crushing performance. The crushed artificial sand is discharged from the lower part of the sand making machine.

Low operating cost: fewer vulnerable parts. Wear parts made of high chromium cast iron or superhard alloy have a long service life. The impact plate can be reversed and reused, while the installation position can also be adjusted, resulting in a higher yield of sand making. Vulnerable parts are easy to replace.
It can achieve the goal of reducing public hazards: low noise and low vibration. There is less dust discharged outside.

Note: The capacity in the above table refers to the general sandstone with a bulk density of 1.6t/m3. When it is used to crush andesite, the data may vary due to the changes in material properties, moisture content and so on. The maximum feeding size of materials that can be crushed is listed in the table above, but considering the crushing efficiency and the service life of vulnerable parts, it is suggested that the size of materials to be crushed shall be no more than 15mm (width size).
