Overview of linear vibration screen
Linear vibrating screen uses a vibrating motor as a vibration source to lift the material on the screen, which moving forward in a straight line at the same time. The material evenly enters the feeding port of the screening machine from the feeder. And through multiple layers of screen mesh, screen residues and undersize materials of several different specifications are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully-enclosed structure, no dust overflow and automatic discharge. Therefore, it is more suitable for assembly line operations.
Working principle of linear vibrating screen
Linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously or reversely, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels out each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis and stacks into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in a straight line motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to achieve automated operations in assembly lines. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance and a fully-enclosed structure without dust leakage. With a mesh size of 400, it can screen out 7 different particle sizes of materials.
