Complete set of equipment for gravel sand making and screening
The complete set of stone crushing, sand making and screening equipment mainly includes sand making machine, sand washing machine, crusher, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder and so on. A typical sand production line includes: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and belt conveyor. Sand making machine is a kind of specialized equipment for producing sand and stone materials for construction, which saves 50% energy compared to traditional sand making machines. It can make various rocks, sand and gravel, and river pebbles into building sand with different particle sizes. The sand has uniform particle size and high compressive strength, which is far more in line with building requirements than natural sand and sand produced by ordinary hammer sanding machines and is more capable of improving building quality. The equipment has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation and high work efficiency. The artificial sand and gravel in the production line passes through a feeding machine and a jaw crusher. And after crushing, it enters (a sand making machine, an impact crusher) and is graded through a vibrating screen to obtain various specifications of stones. The sand is then washed by a sand washing machine to obtain the finished sand you need. The sand production line is defined according to the type of discharge. And the finished products produced include stone and artificial sand is also known as the sand and gravel production line which is equivalent to the combination of stone production line and sand production line. In raw material factories for road construction and construction, it is often necessary to have a common production line for sand and gravel materials. This set of sand and gravel production line equipment can meet the requirements of producing both stone materials and artificial sand simultaneously.
Working principle complete set of stone crushing, sand making and screening equipment:
The material falls into the high-speed rotating impeller vertically from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and crushes with another part of the material that is divided in an umbrella shape around the impeller at high speed. After colliding with each other, the materials will form vortices in the material layer between the impeller and the casing, which will collide and rub multiple times to crush and then be discharged from the lower discharge hopper. So a closed loop with multiple cycles is formed, and the particle size of the finished product is controlled by the screening equipment.
