Structural characteristics
The air lock flap ash discharge valve is an automatic reset mechanism with alternating opening and closing from top to bottom. Z is the automatic reset mechanism of the heavy hammer, which has the functions of stable operation, energy saving, adjustable volume of ash discharge, reliable ash discharge and gas locking. C is an automatic reset mechanism for the hanging hammer, which has the functions of saving land area, energy-saving, convenient adjustment for ash unloading, and reliable ash unloading and air locking. B is cam and connecting rod driving, with an automatic weight reset mechanism; D is cam connecting rod driving, with a spring automatic reset mechanism. It has a compact structure, reasonable design, stable operation, and reliable ash unloading and gas locking. It is ideal equipment for feeding and unloading a variety of non-viscous solid powders, and granular materials, crystalline materials, and agglomerate materials of less than Φ10mm. Type I refers to single board unloading, while TypeⅡrefers to double board unloading.

Working principle
The quick flip ash discharge valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve plate, valve shaft, rocker, and other parts. Type I has a single layer. With the program set by the electrical control system, the rocker is pushed by the push rod action to drive the valve plate to open and discharge the ash, and then closed. Type II uses a push rod to push the rocker to drive the valve plate to open, unload, and lock the air. With the program set by the electrical control system, the upper and lower valve plates can be alternately opened and closed. These two actions ensure that one of the valve plates on the pipeline is always in a closed state, which can realize both ash unloading and gas locking simultaneously.

Working principle

When the torque generated by the material acting on the flip plate is greater than the torque generated by the heavy hammer rocker, the valve plate opens to unload the ash. Once the accumulated ash is removed, the torque generated by the heavy hammer and rocker causes the valve plate to close quickly, achieving gas locking. This valve adopts a double-layer structure, so that one of the valve plates on the pipeline is always in a closed state, which can achieve the goal of both ash unloading and gas locking.
The electric air lock flap ash discharge valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve plate, valve shaft, rocker, connecting rod, cam, spring and other parts. It uses continuous action of the cam, connecting rod, and spring to achieve air lock and ash discharge. The cam system is electrically controlled, so the opening angle and time of the valve plate can be controlled within a suitable range by the deceleration device. When the deceleration device drives the cam to rotate up to upper half circle, the connecting rod mechanism of the upper valve interacts, and the valve plate gradually opens to discharge ash. As the cam rotates, the spring mechanism gradually makes the valve plate close and reset. When the cam rotates to the lower half circle, the connecting rod mechanism of the lower valve interacts, and the valve plate gradually opens to discharge ash. As the cam rotates, the valve plate gradually closes. These two actions ensure that one of the valve plates on the pipeline is always in a closed state, thus achieving the goal of both ash discharge and gas locking.
Installation and debugging
The transmission device is not allowed to be used for lifting during installation, and damage is strictly prohibited.
Before installation, it is necessary to clean the valve chamber and prevent any debris or dirt from adhering.
Before installation, check the integrity of each transmission part of the valve, make appropriate adjustments to the valve according to the requirements of the user's work system (standard adjustments have been made at the factory), and after successful trial operation, put the valve is in a closed state and then install.
Tighten the connecting bolts evenly after adding sealing gaskets during flange connection
When connecting the power cord before using the electric ash discharge valve, please pay attention to checking whether the motor rotation direction and cam rotation direction are correct (indicated by the arrow on the valve body). The method is to open the motor protective cover, manually rotate the blade, adjust the cam rotation direction to the arrow position, and then jog the motor to see if the cam rotation direction is consistent with the arrow on the valve body. When the cam rotation direction is correct, it can be continuously started to use, otherwise it may cause equipment damage. During the debugging phase, a trial run of 3 hours is required before it can be put into production.
The heavy hammer unloading valve adjusts the position of the heavy hammer according to the actual working conditions of the customer to ensure the amount and frequency of each feeding.
Transportation and storage
Avoid hitting the valve during transportation, and the valve should be in the closed position to prevent damage to the valve plate and transmission components during transportation
When transporting the valve, the transmission device and parts should be suspended to prevent the transmission shaft from being deformed and damaged due to excessive force.
The transmission device and parts should be treated with moisture-proof and rainproof measures
The valve should be stored indoors in a dry environment and is not allowed to be stored or stacked outdoors. When stored for a long time, the valve should be kept closed, lubricating oil should be added to each transmission part, and the transmission device should be treated for moisture and dust prevention.
Maintenance and repair
Regularly check the operation of each transmission part
Regularly replace the lubricating grease of the electric push rod to ensure that its mechanical part is not damaged
Regularly replace the gearbox lubricating oil (90 # engine oil), with a loading capacity of 1/3 of the capacity
Regularly check the sealing condition of the valve shaft. If any sealing problems are found, please replace or add graphite packing
