1. Sealing ring with floating compensation
The current metal sealing butterfly valve, high temperature regulation metal sealing butterfly valve sealing structure mainly U-shaped, half O-shaped and lip-shaped elastic sealing ring, there are the following three shortcomings:
(1) seal ring are stamping forming, there are serious stress concentration, at high temperature, due to material annealing, loss of elasticity caused by valve seal ring deformation and leakage.
(2) The heat treatment hardness of the sealing material is too hard, the elasticity is not good, and the brittleness is increased. When the sealing ring seat is often squeezed by the butterfly plate or at low temperature, it is easy to cause fatigue and embrittlement of the valve seat.
(3) The above three structures are currently formed by direct stamping. Can only make small caliber. Large diameter shall be completed by stamping, shaping and joint welding. This manufacturing process is the existence of joint welding stress deformation and uneven welding caused by leakage, affecting the service life of the butterfly valve. (See Figure 1 for details)
DTDA three eccentric metal seal butterfly valve uses a floating seal ring, the seal ring in the valve body can be closed according to the valve plate thrust to adjust their own position, so that the floating seal can compensate the valve in different working conditions (such as high temperature) under the deformation, thermal expansion and other factors, eliminating the damage to the sealing surface.
The specific pressure of the seal is uniform, which prolongs the service life of the seal and improves the sealing effect of the metal hard seal. This structure essentially completely solves the problem of sealing leakage when the temperature changes. (See Figure 2 for details)
